I made this straight from a pumpkin I picked from the garden. It turned out to be the best Pumpkin Pie I have ever had, I hope you love it as well!
Ingredients:

2 Cups cooked and pureed pumpkin
1 1/2 Cups evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

These make  a perfect summer  treat. Experiment with different flavours and add fruit. I love the mango kool-aid with peaches combination.
Ingredients:

1 package Kool-aid
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tray of ice cubes

Directions:

Put first 3 ingredients into a blender.
Add ice cubes one at a couple and blend, until you have used all the ice cubes.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups presifted flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 very ripe bananas
2 whole eggs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In large mixing bowl, stir all ingredients in order given until well blended.
Grease loaf pan.

Salad:

2 cups cold leftover cooked pasta
1 zucchini, chopped into 1/4″ pieces
Handful each frozen corn, and frozen petit peas (rinse in cold water to quick thaw and drain on paper towels)
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 4 oz can chopped black olives, drained
handful cherry tomatoes
couple handfuls shredded mozzarella cheese

Toss all ingredients together in a salad bowl
