Ingredients:
2 pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese (80z) each
½ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Graham Pie Crust – 6 oz
Directions:
Pre-heat oven @ 325 degrees.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add two eggs; mix until blended. Pour into pie crust.
Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
