Making your own baby food is easier than you think. It is also healthier for your baby as many companies add preservatives such as corn syrup, salt and sugar which your little babies do not need! To top it all off, making your own baby food saves you money.

Ingredients:

2.5 teaspoons dry yeast
1.5 cups warm water
1 tablespoon malted milk powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
4 – 4.5 cups flour
Melted butter for brushing

Directions:

Dissolve yeast in water, stir in honey, salt and malted milk powder.
Add flour until forms a ball.
Knead lightly on floured board.
Divide into pieces and roll to 10 inch rope. 
Brush rope with melted butter.
