Ingredients:
8oz package of Cream Cheese
20 ozĀ semi-sweet chocolate chips or baking squares
2 tablespoons shortening
Toppings for truffles such as sprinkles and chopped nuts.
Directions:
With an electric beater, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Melt 8 oz of chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
Add chocolate to cream cheese and beat again until chocolate is evenly blended [...]
