Ingredients:
1 cup rice.
2 medium potatoes, chopped.
1 medium onion, chopped.
more chopped vegetables if desired such as carrots, peas or green beans.
2 tbs oil
1 tbs curry powder (1/2 tbs for a mild curry flavor).
5 tbs milk or plain yogurt.
2 tbs butter or margarine.
1/2 tbs salt
Directions:
Prepare rice.
Stirfry vegetables on high heat in oil.
