Apple Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 large apple, cored, peeled and sliced
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Place apple juice, apple, banana and cinnamon in blender or food processor and process until smooth.
