Ingredients:

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 large apple, cored, peeled and sliced
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon


Directions:

  1. Place apple juice, apple, banana and cinnamon in blender or food processor and process until smooth.
