Ingredients:

  • 3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
  • 1 can Mexican style diced tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz can black beans
  • 1 can whole kernal corn
  • 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Directions:

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Combine pasta with all other ingredients in order listed in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serves: 8
