Breadsticks

Ingredients:
- 2.5 teaspoons dry yeast
- 1.5 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon malted milk powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 – 4.5 cups flour
- Melted butter for brushing
Directions:
- Dissolve yeast in water, stir in honey, salt and malted milk powder.
- Add flour until forms a ball.
- Knead lightly on floured board.
- Divide into pieces and roll to 10 inch rope.
- Brush rope with melted butter.
- Season your breadsticks some suggestions include: parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, oregano, basil.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Where would you find malted milk powder in a grocery store. I’ve never heard of it before.

You should be able to find it in the same aisle as the skim milk powder. Malted milk powder is made with skim milk powder and malt powder.
