Carmel Corn

Ingredients:
- 6 quarts of popped corn in large brown bag
- 2 cups brown sugar
- ½ lb. Butter
- ½ cup corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
Directions:
- Preheat oven @ 250 degrees.
- Boil sugar, butter, and corn syrup for 5 minutes.
- Then add vanilla, salt, and baking soda.
- Pour syrup mixture over popcorn. Mix well.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Stir occasionally. Spread on wax paper and let cool.
