Ingredients:

  • 6 quarts of popped corn in large brown bag
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • ½ lb. Butter
  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven @ 250 degrees.
  2. Boil sugar, butter, and corn syrup for 5 minutes.  
  3. Then add vanilla, salt, and baking soda.
  4. Pour syrup mixture over popcorn.  Mix well.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.  Stir occasionally.  Spread on wax paper and let cool.
