Carrot and Lentil Veggie Burgers

I love these burgers, they are very filling and taste great with Whole Wheat Oat Buns.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup lentils
- 3 medium carrots grated
- 1 small onion grated
- 2 soup cubes
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
Directions:
- Cook rice and lentils.
- heat oil in pan .
- Add soup cubes, grated carrots and onions.
- Cook until vegetables are tender and soup cubes have dissolved
- Add rice and lentils to pan.
- Put everything from pan into a large bowl.
- Add flour, oats and egg, mix together.
- Cover and refridgerate for at least 3 hours.
- Form mixture into six or seven veggie burger patties.
- You can grill, fry, bake or barbeque patties.
