Homemade Perogies

I am Canadian so I grew up eating the frozen store bought perogies. Now that I live in the US I can’t find perogies in the store so I made my own. A homemade perogy definitely beats the store bought kind!
Ingredients:
Dough:

4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, softened and cut into small pieces

The Original Nanaimo Bar Recipe

Over 35 years ago Joyce Hardcastle of Nanaimo, British Columbia  Canada won a “chocolate squares” recipe competition for her now famous Nanaimo Bars.
