Ingredients:
- 2 pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese (80z) each
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Graham Pie Crust – 6 oz
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven @ 325 degrees.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add two eggs; mix until blended. Pour into pie crust.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Ingredients:
Rolls:
- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 2 eggs
Sugar Mixture:
- 1/3 cup soft butter
- 1 tablespoons water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoons white corn syrup
Directions:
- Add yeast to 1/4 cup warm water and 2 tablespoons sugar.
- Scald milk, stir in sugar, salt and shortening. Cool.
- Add 2 cups flour, beat well (1 minute on medium speed).
- Add yeast and eggs. Mix well.
- Cover and let rise.
- While rising, put 3 pecan halves in the bottom of a muffin cup. Add 1 tablespoon sugar mix over pecans. Repeat for each muffin cup.
- Spoon roll batter over nuts. Let rise until double in size (about 2 hours).
- Bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Tip entire pan upside down on a cooling rack. Lift pan gently so caramel runs down sides of roll.

Ingredients:
- 18 frozen rolls
- 1 stick of margerine
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 package non-instant butterscotch pudding
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup brown sugar
Directions:
- Raise rolls overnight.
- Butter bunt pan, place rolls in pan. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
- Melt butter with brown sugar, add dry pudding, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle over rolls.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Ingredients:
- 1/12 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and mix together.
- Spoon into greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
