1 apple chopped up
A little parsley
1/4 inch of ginger
1 cucumber
4 stalks of celery
Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped  
4 0z button mushrooms
1 tomato seeded and choped
1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley  
1/2 tbs  dried basil
3/4 tsp dried oregano
