Ingredients:
1 cup fresh orange juice
2 cups peeled, cored and coarsely chopped fresh pineapple
1 banana coarsely chopped
1/4 cup skim millk
2 tbs honey
2 cups ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
Serve immediately
