Drinks

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh orange juice
2 cups peeled, cored and coarsely chopped fresh pineapple
1 banana coarsely chopped
1/4 cup skim millk
2 tbs honey
2 cups ice cubes

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
Serve immediately

I really do want to try this drink. I think it sounds refreshing!

1 cup spinach
1 apple chopped up
A little parsley
1/4 inch of ginger
1 cucumber
4 stalks of celery
Juice of 1 lemon
Ice Cubes

Chocolate Pudding (4 serving size)
3 1/2 cups milk
1 medium banana
3 tablespoons peanut butter
8-10 ice cubes

Directions:

Add all ingredients together except for ice into blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes a couple at a time, pulse until there are no more chunks of ice.
Serve immediately.
