Ingredients:

* 1 bunch spinach
* 1 cup milk (Use soy or almond milk to make it dairy free or Vegan)
* 4 spoonfuls of Orange Juice concentrate.
* 2 cups frozen strawberries.
* 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

• Add ingredients to Blender.
• Blend on high until smooth.
• If ingredients will not blend in your blender add a little more milk.

Ingredients

• 1 cup spinach
• 1 apple chopped up
• A little parsley
• 1/4 inch of ginger
• 1 cucumber
• 4 stalks of celery
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Ice Cubes

Directions:

Just blend it all up in your blender!

I believe it makes 2 servings (was not specified) I think I will try it with an extra apple and less celery.
