Quick And Easy
Ingredients:
- 1 cup apple juice
- 6 scoops vanilla ice cream, or frozen yogurt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
- In Blender, add apple juice and ice cream.
- Blend on high until well mixed.
- Stir in cinnamon.
Serves: 2

These make a perfect summer treat. Experiment with different flavours and add fruit. I love the mango kool-aid with peaches combination.
Ingredients:
- 1 package Kool-aid
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tray of ice cubes
Directions:
- Put first 3 ingredients into a blender.
- Add ice cubes one at a couple and blend, until you have used all the ice cubes.
Serves: 4

A popular drink from India:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice water
- 1/2 cup crushed ice or ice cubes
- 1 tsp of salt or sugar (depending if you want a salty or sweet drink)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend together.
