Pina Colada Sip

A good non-alcoholic pina colada recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 bananna coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 cups ice cubes


Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
  2. Serve immediately

Lime Mint Slush

This would be a great recipe to try if you grow mint leaves.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bannana
  • 6 mint leaves
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes


Directions:

  1. Place banana in blender and puree
  2. Add all other ingredients and blend until slushy
  3. Serve immediately

  • 1 Cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 Cup fresh Raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons frozen limeade, defrosted

  2. Serve immediately
