These make a perfect summer treat. Experiment with different flavours and add fruit. I love the mango kool-aid with peaches combination.
Ingredients:
- 1 package Kool-aid
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tray of ice cubes
Directions:
- Put first 3 ingredients into a blender.
- Add ice cubes one at a couple and blend, until you have used all the ice cubes.
Serves: 4

These would be great for a “quick on-the-go” breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen strawberries or canned juice packed peaches
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 small bannana, chopped
Directions:
- Blend yogurt, banana and strawberries.
- Transfer yogurt-fruit mixture to 2 paper or plastic cups. Insert a small plastic spoon in each cup and freeze overnight.
