A delicious casserole with a homemade cream of mushroom sauce.
Ingredients:

1 head broccoli, chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
4 medium mushrooms, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1 chicken breast, thawed and cut into cubes

1 small head of lettuce, chopped
