Melon and Blueberry Salad with Frozen Raspberry Puree

- 1 ripe cantaloupe or honeydew melon
- 2 peaches or nectarine, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 1/2 tbs honey
Directions:
- Cut the melon into 6 slices and place on individual plates or in bowls.
- Toss peaches or nectarine with 1 tsp of the lemon juice. Then toss with blueberries.
- Fill centers of melon wedges with peaches and blueberries.
- Place the frozen raspberries and honey in a blender or food processor and puree.
- Spoon over peaches and blueberries.
