Here is my Country Bob’s Sweet And Sour Sauce recipe

Ingredients:

• 2/3 cup white vinegar
• 8 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
• 3 teaspoons cornstarch mixed in 4 teaspoons water

Directions

1. Add vinegar, sugar and Country Bob sauce to a small pot.
2. Bring to a boil over medium temperature.
3. Mix cornstarch in water and pour into the pot.
4. Reduce temperature to a low setting and stir until sauce thickens.

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend on high for 10 seconds.

May be stored covered in a refrigerator for two weeks.

1. Place ingredients into a blender and blend at a high speed for 10 seconds.
2. With a spatula move ingredients to the center of the blender and blend for another 10 seconds.
3. Alternate between moving ingredients to the center of blender and blending for 10 seconds until the liquid is mostly solid.
4. Use solids as butter and liquid as buttermilk to be used in biscuits, pancakes or another buttermilk recipe.

• 2 English muffins
• 4 thick slices ham about the size of the English Muffin.

• 1/2 Cup Hollandaise Sauce

Directions:

1. Split, toast and butter English muffins.
2. Cook meat and place a slice on top of muffin half.
3. Place one poached egg on each muffin half.
4. Pour 1/8 cup of Hollandaise sauce over each egg.

Easy Hollandaise Sauce ingredients:

• 3 large egg yolks
• 1 1/2 tablespoons cold water
• 1/2 cup warm butter
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons minced onion
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Place in the top of a double boiler or in a large stainless-steel bowl over a saucepan filled halfway with water.
2. Before turning stove on, whisk the egg mixture until it becomes light and frothy.
3. Turn heat on to medium and continue to whisk until the eggs are thickened. This should take just a few minutes. Do not let eggs get hot – just warm.
4. Remove the bowl or the top of the double boiler from the saucepan and whisk to slightly cool the mixture.
5. Whisking constantly, very slowly add butter, then whisk in lemon juice, onions, salt and pepper.
6. The sauce should be creamy but not really thick. If it is thick just add a few drops of water.
7. Serve immediately while still warm.

• 1/2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
• 1-1/2 teaspoons corn flour
• 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Over low heat, mix together milk, mustard, garlic and flour in a In a medium saucepan.
   
2. Heat until almost boiling.
   
3. Gradually stir in the cheese. Continue heating until all the cheese has melted.
   
4. Keep the mixture warm and melted in  the saucepan or a fondue dish.

Ingredients:

• 4 cups roasted peanuts (for unroasted peanuts, roasting instructions are below)
• 4 teaspoons honey
• 2 teaspoon salt

*Roasting Peanuts*

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Remove from shells if needed, and spread peanuts across  a baking pan.
3. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool before using the peanuts to make peanut butter.

Peanut Butter instructions:

1. Put 2 cups of roasted peanuts in blender.
2. Add 2 teaspoons of honey.
3. Blend peanuts for 2-4 minutes to a clumpy appearance.
4. Add the rest of the peanuts and honey into the blender.
5. Blend to desired consistency. 
6. Add the salt and mix for another minute.

• 1 pkg Lite firm Tofu
• 1/2 cup sesame tahini
• 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons white miso
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons drained capers
• 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
• 1 cup finely chopped red or green bell pepper
• 1 shallot, peeled adn chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree well.
2. Chill for at least one hour before serving.

Ingredients:

• Half of a red pepper chopped
• 1/4 cup canola oil
• 1/8 cup vinegar (white or apple cider)
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender or mini chopper and blend together
2. Toss dressing into a head of shredded romaine lettuce and top with cheese and croutons.

Ingredients:

Salad

• 2 packages of Top Raman Noodles
• 1 cup toasted almonds 
• 1 package of coleslaw
• 1 red pepper
• Desired amount of Green Onion

Dressing

• 3/4 cup oil
• 4 teaspoons sugar
• 1/2 cup cider vinegar
• 2 packages Top Ramen seasoning packets
• Dash of salt and pepper

Directions:

1. Boil noodles for 2 minutes then rinse in cold water.
2. Toss in almonds, coleslaw, red pepper and green onion.
3. Top with dressing and refridgerate until ready to serve.

• 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
• 1/2 cup green grapes
• 1/2 cup red grapes
• 1 cup chopped celery

Dressing:

• 1/2 cup salad dressing
• 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Toss all salad ingredients and add dressing. Chill and serve on croissants or other bread.
