Ingredients:

1/2 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped  
4 0z button mushrooms
1 tomato seeded and choped
1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley  
1/2 tbs  dried basil
3/4 tsp dried oregano  
1/2 oz feta cheese, crumbled

Directions:

In a medium bowl, toss together all the ingredients except the feta.
Add the feta and toss gently.

1 medium carrot, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium yellow squash, sliced
1 medium tomato, chopped
Handful of green beans

Directions:

Heat oil over high heat in a pan.
Add zuchinni, carrots, onions, squash, tomatoes, and green beans.
Fry until vegetable are browned and tender.
