Ingredients:

  •  2 pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese (80z) each
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • Graham Pie Crust – 6 oz

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven @ 325 degrees.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.  Add two eggs; mix until blended.  Pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.  
  4. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
