Chocolate Pudding
Make homemade chocolate pudding from scratch!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa
- 3 tbs cornstarch
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch
- Add the milk and vanilla to cocoa mixture
- Transfer pudding to a heavy sauce pan
- Cook, stirring for 10 minutes or until smooth and thickened.
- Pour into four small bowls and chill for 1 hour or until pudding is set.
