Make homemade chocolate pudding from scratch! 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa
  • 3 tbs cornstarch
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch
  2. Add the milk and vanilla to cocoa mixture
  3. Transfer pudding to a heavy sauce pan
  4. Cook, stirring for 10 minutes or until smooth and thickened.
  5. Pour into four small bowls and chill for 1 hour or until pudding is set.
