Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 1/2 ounces canned ripe olives, drained
  • 11 ounces canned corn, drained
  • 4 ounces chopped green chilies, drained


Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese and dressing mix with a spoon until smooth in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Serve with tortilla chips.
