Lemon Fruit Slush Recipe
For some of us warm weather is right around the corner. Here is a refreshing treat for those hot summer days that you don’t even need a blender for:
Ingredients:
- Water
- Sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice
- Grated lemon rind of two lemons
Directions:
- Over medium heat dissolve sugar in water.
- Add the lemon juice and rinds.
- Freeze in ice cube trays for a 2-4 hours.
- Serve over fresh fruit.
