This would be a great recipe to try if you grow mint leaves.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bannana
  • 6 mint leaves
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes


Directions:

  1. Place banana in blender and puree
  2. Add all other ingredients and blend until slushy
  3. Serve immediately
