Lime Mint Slush
This would be a great recipe to try if you grow mint leaves.
Ingredients:
- 1 bannana
- 6 mint leaves
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Directions:
- Place banana in blender and puree
- Add all other ingredients and blend until slushy
- Serve immediately
