Nutty Vegan Fudge Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Peanut Butter
- 1 1/2 Ghirardelli Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (or any otherĀ dairy free chocolate chips)
- 3/4 cup real maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon natural vanilla flavoring
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
- Melt peanut butter, chocolate chips and maple syrup in a sauce pan over low-medium heat.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour mixture into a medium sized bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Roll the mixture into about 30 bite-sized balls and place on a tray to serve.
