Ingredients:

  • 2 sliced, ripe banana
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt


Directions:

  1. Place bananas, egg whites, orange juice and frozen yogurt in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
