Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 cups peeled, cored and coarsely chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 banana coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup skim millk
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 cups ice cubes


Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
  2. Serve immediately
