Tortilla Wraps

- 2 Cups of whole wheat flour
- 1 Cup white flour
- 1/8 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoon Yeast or 1/2 pkg
- 1 Cup warm water
Directions:
- Combine ingredients and mix together.
- Knead for about 10 minutes.
- Place dough in a bowl, cover and let rise until double, about 30 min.
- Divide dough into 6-8 golf sized balls.
- Flatten balls and roll out on a floured surface
- Fry on a dry or greased frying pan, when the tortilla bubbles, flip over.
