  • 2 Cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1 Cup white flour
  • 1/8 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Yeast or 1/2 pkg
  • 1 Cup warm water


Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients and mix together.
  2. Knead for about 10 minutes.
  3. Place dough in a bowl, cover and let rise until double, about 30 min.
  4. Divide dough into 6-8 golf sized balls.
  5. Flatten balls and roll out on a floured surface
  6. Fry on a dry or greased frying pan, when the tortilla bubbles, flip over.
