A yummy tofu based dip for breads and vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg LiteĀ firmĀ Tofu
  • 1/2 cup sesame tahini
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white miso
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons drained capers
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
  • 1 cup finely chopped red or green bell pepper
  • 1 shallot, peeled adn chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree well.
  2. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
