Tunisian Tahini Spread

A yummy tofu based dip for breads and vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg LiteĀ firmĀ Tofu
- 1/2 cup sesame tahini
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons drained capers
- 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
- 1 cup finely chopped red or green bell pepper
- 1 shallot, peeled adn chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree well.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving.
